The fair pricing standards for The Tech Team visit is $40 an hour with a $50 initial hour charge.

The initial phone consultation and estimate is free. To provide an idea of what a first time visit will cost, we have taken an average of the number of hours spent at a client's house or office for their first appointment.

The number consistently is 3 hours. This includes upgrade* installations needed, any and all backing up prior to cleanup procedures, and finally the actual cleanup processes. *Upgrades do not include the price of the hardware required. The number of hours for a first-time appointment is always subject to the severity of the computer problems. This number will be more closely estimated during the phone evaluation of your systems current condition.
